플루티스트의 호흡에서 비롯된 연주 테크닉으로, 더 큰 울림과 소리를 정확한 음정과 따뜻한 음색의 아름다운 소리로 만들어내는 연주 방법을 의미합니다.

패트릭 갈루아는 솔리스트이자 지휘자로 국제적인 성공을 거둔 프랑스 음악가이다. 17세에 파리 국립음악원에서 장-피에르 랑팔에게 사사했으며, 릴 국립오케스트라 수석 플루티스트를 거쳐 21세에 로린 마젤이 지휘하는 프랑스 국립오케스트라 수석 플루티스트로 임명되었다. 피에르 불레즈, 세이지 오자와 등 거장들과 협연하였으며 레너드 번스타인과 세르주 첼리비다케에게 직접 지도받으며 음악적 기량을 쌓았다. 1984년 솔로 연주자로 전향하였으며 그의 모차르트 플루트 협주곡 CD는 10만 장 판매라는 놀라운 성공을 거두며 세계적인 스타로 발돋음하였다. 도이치 그라모폰과 독점 계약을 맺고 10장 이상의 앨범을 발매하였으며 지휘자로 활동을 확대하며 나소스와 독점 계약을 체결하였다. 그는 폭넓은 레퍼토리를 소유한 플루티스트이자 지휘자로서 현대음악에도 깊은 애정을 보여주고 있으며 다수의 신작이 그에게 헌정되었다. 핀란드 화가 티나 오사라와 결혼하여, 그녀와 함께 프랑크, 브루크너, 슈트라우스 교향곡을 “액션 페인팅”과 결합하는 등 다양한 예술적 시도를 하고 있으며 9년간 핀란디아 유바스퀼라 심포니 오케스트라 예술감독을 역임하였다. 나소스를 통해 40장 이상의 앨범을 발매했으며, 세계적인 권위의 국제 콩쿠르 심사위원장을 역임하는 등 플루티스트이자 지휘자로서 독보적인 위치를 확립한, 현존하는 최고의 음악가이다.
Patrick Gallois belongs to the generation of French musicians leading highly successful international careers as both soloist and conductor. At the age of seventeen he studied the flute with Jean-Pierre Rampal at the Paris Conservatoire then became solo flutist in Lille National Orchestra.
At the age of 21 he was appointed as principal flutist in the Orchestre National de France, under Lorin Maazel. He then began a seven-year career playing and recording under the direction of many well known conductors, including Pierre Boulez and Seiji Ozawa. During this period, he studied with Leonard Bernstein and Sergiu Celibidache.
In 1984, he decided to focus on a solo career which has taken him throughout the world, beginning in Japan, where he toured and sold 100,000 CDs of the Mozart flute concerto in one year. This success led to an exclusive contract with Deustch Grammophon Gesellshaft for which he recorded ten records.
His career took a new dimension as a conductor and he signed an exclusive contract with Naxos. He has a wide repertoire both as a conductor and a flutist, with a strong taste for contemporary music. Many new works have been dedicated to him. Married to the Finnish painter Tiina OSARA; they work regularly together, mixing symphonies of Franck, Bruckner or Strauss on « action painting « but also both of them improvising on stage.
Patrick Gallois was Artistic Director of the Sinfonia Finlandia Jyväskylä for 9 years. He has recorded over 40 CDs for Naxos, including 25 on which he conducted the early symphonies of Haydn, Mauricio Kagel and Peteris Vasks.

오케스트라 드 파리의 수석클라리넷티스트. 파리국립음악원을 졸업. 브르타뉴 오케스트라, 라디오 프랑스 필 솔리스트로 활동, 객원 솔리스트로서도 많은 저명한 아티스트들 및 앙상블과 협업. 말러 챔버 오케스트라, 유럽 챔버 오케스트라, 뮌헨의 바이에른 라디오 오케스트라의 객원 솔리스트. 수많은 국제콩쿠르를 수상, 인디젠스, 소니클래시컬, 크리스탈 레코드 등 많은 레이블에서 음반을 녹음. Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris의 클라리넷 교수로 재직 중, 앙리 셀메르 파리 무용단의 예술 고문.
Philippe Berrod is an internationally-renowned French clarinettist and Principal clarinet of the Orchestre de Paris. He trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (unanimously awarded) before becoming soloist with the Orchestre de Bretagne, then with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France. Invited as guest soloist, he also performs chamber music alongside many other prestigious artists. He collaborates with composers and several ensembles, such as the Sirba Octet, with whom he develops his interest in the more eclectic realms of live music. He is also invited as soloist by the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, the European Chamber Orchestra and the Bayerischer Rundfunk in Munich.
Philippe Berrod is the recipient of many international competition prizes, and recorded albums with various label such as Indésens records, Sony classical and Cristal records, unanimously awarded (“choc Classica”, 4 stars Télérama, Diapason,”Clé de l’année” Resmusica, nominated at the french classical music award 2011).
He has been appointed Principal Professor of Clarinet and succeed to Michel Arrignon at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.

헨릭 비제는 독일을 대표하는 세계적인 플루티스트로 9세에 독학으로 플루트를 시작하여 함부르크 음악원(잉그리트 코흐-되른브라크 사사)과 뮌헨 국립음대(폴 메이슨 사사)를 졸업하였다. 뮌헨 국립음대 재학 중이던 1995년, 단 5학기 만에 주빈 메타의 발탁으로 바이에른 국립오페라단 수석 플루티스트로 임명되며 유럽 음악계에 주목받았다. 이후 독일 음악콩쿠르(1995), 엘리제 메이어 콩쿠르(1996), 고베 국제 콩쿠르(1997), 칼 닐슨 콩쿠르(1998) 등에서 수상하였으며, 2000년 ARD 콩쿠르에 우승하며 우수한 실력을 인정받았다. 바이에른 방송교향악단, 바이에른 국립오케스트라, 베를린 방송교향악단, NDR 라디오필하모니 등 유수의 오케스트라와 협연했으며, 북미, 남미, 아시아, 유럽 등지에서 활발한 연주 활동을 펼치고 있습니다.
소리를 색깔로 인지하는 공감각자인 그는 이러한 특별한 재능을 음악적 표현과 그의 작품에 녹여내고 있다. 세계적 권위의 출판사와 함께 작업하며 칼 라이네케 플루트 협주곡 Op. 283 발굴, 편집하는 등 음악학자이자 편집자로서 활동하고 있다.

Henrik Wiese is a world-renowned German flutist. He began studying the flute on his own at the age of 9 and graduated from the Hamburg Conservatory (under Ingrid Koch-Dörnbrak) and the Munich University of Music (under Paul Mason). While attending the Munich University of Music, he was appointed principal flautist of the Bavarian State Opera by Zubin Mehta in 1995 after only 5 semesters, drawing attention from the European music scene. Since then, he has won awards at the German Music Competition (1995), the Elise Meyer Competition (1996), the Kobe International Competition (1997), and the Carl Nielsen Competition (1998), and was recognized for his outstanding skills by winning the ARD Competition in 2000. He has performed with many leading orchestras, including the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Bavarian State Orchestra, the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the NDR Radio Philharmonic, and is actively performing in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.
A synesthete who perceives sounds as colors, he incorporates this special talent into his musical expressions and works. He works with world-renowned publishers and is active as a musicologist and editor, including the discovery and editing of Carl Reinecke’s Flute Concerto, Op. 283.
Wiese served as a professor at the Nuremberg University of Music and has been a judge at international competitions in Kobe, Munich, and Geneva. He is currently the principal flautist and soloist of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, and is widely loved for his outstanding interpretations and delicate expressiveness.

Awarded in 2018 with the 2nd Prize at the 73rd Geneva Competition, following his 1st Prize at the 2017 Ghent International Competition, at the age of 30 Vitor Fernandes is one of the leading clarinetists of his generation.
Known for his command of the instrument and wide range of repertoire, Vitor has been performing all over the world as a soloist and in chamber music in places such as Paris, London, Berlin, Geneva, Zurich, Venice, Lima, Mexico City, Seoul, Hong-Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, Singapore, Beijing, Dubai, Ljubljana, Sofia, etc.
Vitor has performed as a soloist with the Brussels Philharmonic, Sofia Philharmonic, Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, Kammerorchester Basel, L’Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, Gyor Symphony Orchestra, The Royal Symphonic Band of the Belgian Guides, The United Nations
Orchestra, Orquestra de Câmara de Cascais e Oeiras, Banda Sinfónica Portuguesa, Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra, among others, interpreting concertos ranging from Mozart and Spohr to Tomasi, Nielsen and living composers such as Frank Ticheli.

Passionate about teaching, Vitor has been giving numerous masterclasses at the National Taipei University of Arts, National Taiwan University of Education, Korean National University of Arts, HAMU Prague Academy for Performing Arts, Hochschule fur Musik Detmold, CODARTS Rotterdam, Beijing’s Central Conservatory, SOTA School of the Arts Singapore, Avos International School Rome, and teaching in different festivals across Europe and South-America.
Vitor has recorded for the Portuguese National Radio and Television, Radio Television Suisse, France Musique, Bartók Radio Hungary and National Radio of Slovenia.
In 2018, after finishing his Master’s Diploma at the Haute École de Musique de Genève, he was awarded with the Sih-Woo Cardinaux-Chang prize.
In 2020, he finishes his Diplôme de Soliste with distinction and honors from the jury.

플루티스트 박지은은 예원학교 재학 중 도미하여 줄리어드 예비학교와 맨하탄 음악대학, 예일대학교 대학원을 장학생으로 졸업하였다. 국내 음협, 이화·경향, 조선일보, KBS신인음악콩쿠르에서 모두 1위로 입상하였으며, Yamaha Awards, Hudson Valley Music Club Competition, Dobbs Ferry Women’s Club Competition 1위, New International Music 콩쿠르 대상, Artists International Awards의 New York Debut Award를 수상하는 등 국내외 유수의 콩쿠르에서 두각을 나타내었다. 또한 카네기홀 뉴욕 데뷔 독주회를 비롯, 국내는 물론 미국, 영국, 중국, 일본, 대만에서도 독주회와 마스터 클래스를 개최한 바 있다.
박지은은 서울시향, KBS교향악단 및 KBS교향악단 체임버 오케스트라, 코리안챔버오케스트라(구, 서울바로크합주단), 프라임필하모닉, 강남심포니, 대전시향, 충남교향악단, 경북도립교향악단, KT체임버, 프렌치 체임버, 대관령 국제음악제페스티벌 앙상블, 노부스 콰르텟, 국방부 군악대대, 서울 윈드 앙상블, 서울시립 및 성남시립국악단, 서울시청소년국악단등과의 협연으로 솔리스트로서의 음악성을 선보인 바 있으며, 마에스트로 정명훈, 플루티스트 E. Pahud와 함께 협연 및듀오 콘서트, 예술의전당 교향악축제, 토요콘서트, 금호아트홀, 올림푸스홀, 호암아트홀, 수원SK아트리움, 부산 금정문화회관을 비롯한 국내 각 지역 예술의전당(천안, 대전, 제주)에 초청되어 관객들과의 만남을 이어가고 있다.

클래식 무대에서 플루티스트로서의 다양한 범주에서 활동을 펼치고 있는 플루티스트 박지은은 한양대학교 음악대학 겸임교수로 후학 양성에도 힘써왔으며 그녀의 독주회 를 통해 자신만의 색채와 감성으로 독창적 무대를 선보이고 있을 뿐만 아니라 현재 서울시립교향악단 플루트 수석과 국내 최초의 목관악기 YAMAHA Artist 및 Flutistory 앙상블 음악감독으로 활발히 활동 중이다.
Flutist Gloria Jee Eun Park studied abroad while attending Yewon School and graduated with scholarships from Juilliard Pre-College, Manhattan School of Music, and Yale University Graduate School. She won first place in all domestic competitions such as the Korean Music Association, Ewha-Kyungyang, Chosun Ilbo, and KBS New Music Competitions, as well as first place in the Yamaha Awards, Hudson Valley Music Club Competition, Dobbs Ferry Women’s Club Competition, and grand prize in the New International Music Competition. She also received the New York Debut Award from the Artists International Awards, gaining recognition in various prestigious competitions both domestically and internationally. Additionally, she held her New York debut recital at Carnegie Hall and has given recitals and masterclasses in the US, UK, China, Japan, and Taiwan, as well as in Korea.
Park has showcased her musicality as a soloist through collaborations with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, KBS Symphony Orchestra and KBS Symphony Chamber Orchestra, Korean Chamber Orchestra (formerly Seoul Baroque Ensemble), Prime Philharmonic, Gangnam Symphony, Daejeon Philharmonic, Chungnam Philharmonic, Gyeongbuk Provincial Philharmonic, KT Chamber, French Chamber, ensembles of the Pyeongchang International Music Festival, Novus Quartet, the Military Band of the Ministry of National Defense, Seoul Wind Ensemble, as well as the Seoul Metropolitan and Seongnam Municipal Traditional Korean Orchestras, Seoul Youth Traditional Orchestra, among others. She has been invited to various concerts across the nation, such as the Seoul Arts Center Symphony Festival, Saturday Concerts, Kumho Art Hall, Olympus Hall, Hoam Art Hall, Suwon SK Atrium, Busan Geumjeong Cultural Center, and regional arts centers in Cheonan, Daejeon, and Jeju. She has also performed in duo concerts with maestro Chung Myung-whun and flutist Emmanuel Pahud.
Moreover, she served as a guest principal for the Taiwan National Symphony Orchestra and the Asian Philharmonic Orchestra, and was the first Korean invited to the largest ‘Hamamatsu Festival’. Her extensive activities span participation in the international flute festival ‘Flute Week Korea’, the 2015 ARKO New Year’s Concert, Yeosu Expo Opening Performance, Sejong Center Pipe Organ Series, POSCO Regular Concert, performances by invitation from Yamaha Japan, special performances as a judge for the Beijing International Competition, and a solo recital at the 2018 Daegu Flute Fair. Her versatile engagements also include chamber music with conductor Chung Myung-whun, a Korean tour with Yuhki Kuramoto, album projects, a ‘Night of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese Ethnic Music’, and recording with the Seongnam Municipal Traditional Korean Orchestra.

클라리넷티스트 채재일은 줄리어드 음악대학, 대학원을 장학생으로 졸업, 리카르도 모랄레스와 박종혁, 채일희를 사사하였다. 그는 이화 경향콩쿠르, 동아 음악콩쿠르 1위로 입상하는 등 국내 콩쿠르에서 두각을 나타내었고 나아가 스위스의 Concours de Geneve (제네바 콩쿠르)에서 특별상 수상, 스페인의 클라리넷 국제 콩쿠르 “Dos Hermanas”(도스에르마나스)에서 1위에 입상하였다. 또한 쟈크스 랑셀로(Jacques Lancelot) 국제 클라리넷 콩쿠르, 스위스 제네바 국제 콩쿠르에 심사위원으로 위촉되었다.
실내악 활동도 활발히 하여 미국 말보로 실내악 페스티벌, 금호 체임버 소사이어티, 서울 스프링 페스트벌, 대관령 국제 음악제에 참여하였고, 예술의전당 교향악축제 (2007,2014,2021), 11시 음악회, 토요 음악회의 협연자를 비롯하여 서울시향, KBS교향악단, 코리안 심포니, 부산시향, 수원시향, 대구시향, 광주시향, 원주시향, 전주시향 등 국내 유수의 오케스트라는 물론, 러시아, 스페인, 미국에서도 여러 오케스트라와 협연하였다. 매년 수회의 독주 무대를 갖는 그는 국내, 중국, 러시아, 일본, 대만, 미국 등에서 수회의 독주무대를 가졌다.
미국 5대 오케스트라인 필라델피아 오케스트라와 객원 수석으로 연주한 그는 LA 오페라의 종신 수석 클라리넷 주자, 스위스 UBS 베르비어(Verbier) 페스티발 오케스트라 클라리넷 주자로 17개국 순회연주, 뉴욕 메트로폴리탄 오페라, LA 필하모닉 객원단원, 밀워키 심포니 단원, 나아가 싱가포르 심포니와 말레이시아 필하모닉과 객원 수석으로 연주하였다.
그는 서울시립교향악단 클라리넷 수석을 역임하였고 현재 프랑스 부페 크람퐁(Buffet Crampon) 클라리넷의 아티스트, 반도린(Vandoren) 아티스트, 한국예술종합학교 교수로 활동하고 있다.
Clarinetist Jae-il Chae graduated with a scholarship from the Juilliard School and its graduate program, studying under Ricardo Morales, Park Jong-hyeok, and Chae Il-hee. He gained recognition in domestic competitions by winning first place in the Ewha Kyunghyang Competition and Dong-A Music Competition, and further excelled by receiving a special prize at the Concours de Genève in Switzerland and winning first place at the Dos Hermanas International Clarinet Competition in Spain. Additionally, he was appointed as a judge for the Jacques Lancelot International Clarinet Competition and the Geneva International Competition in Switzerland.
He actively participates in chamber music, having taken part in the Marlboro Music Festival in the US, Kumho Chamber Society, Seoul Spring Festival, and Pyeongchang Music Festival. He has collaborated with orchestras in the Symphony Festival at the Seoul Arts Center (2007, 2014, 2021), Morning Concert, and Saturday Concerts, performing with prominent domestic orchestras such as the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, KBS Symphony Orchestra, Korean Symphony, Busan Philharmonic, Suwon Philharmonic, Daegu Philharmonic, Gwangju Philharmonic, Wonju Philharmonic, and Jeonju Philharmonic, as well as orchestras in Russia, Spain, and the United States.
He holds multiple solo performances each year in Korea, China, Russia, Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. He has performed as a guest principal with the Philadelphia Orchestra, one of the top five orchestras in the US, and is a tenured principal clarinetist with LA Opera. He also toured 17 countries as a clarinetist with the UBS Verbier Festival Orchestra in Switzerland, and has performed as a guest member with the New York Metropolitan Opera, LA Philharmonic, Milwaukee Symphony, Singapore Symphony, and Malaysian Philharmonic.
He served as the principal clarinetist of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra and is currently an artist for Buffet Crampon Clarinets and Vandoren, while also teaching as a professor at the Korea National University of Arts.

스위스 출신의 플루티스트 필립 윤트는 따뜻한 음색과 뛰어난 표현력을 지닌 연주자로서 바로크음악과 현대 음악에 대한 특별한 애정을 갖고 있다. 톤할레 오케스트라 취리히, 카메라타 취리히, 베른, 바젤, 취리히의 실내 오케스트라들, 베를린 필하모닉 챔버 오케스트라, 카메라타 뮌헨, 리투아니아 챔버 오케스트라 등과 솔리스트로 공연하였으며 한국에서는 코리안심포니 및 챔버 오케스트라, 경기 필하모닉 오케스트라와 협연하였다.
그는 크리스토프 에셴바흐, 데이비드 필립 헤프티, 알렉산더 라자레프, 파비오 루이지, 주빈 메타, 크시슈토프 펜데레츠키, 헬무트 릴링, 유카-페카 사라스테, 제프리 테이트 등 유명한 지휘자들과 함께 연주하였고, 콜린 데이비스 경과 로린 마젤과도 음악적으로 협업하였다. 2015- 2016시즌에는 뉴 취리히 오케스트라와 함께 로드리고의 플루트 협주곡을 연주하며 스위스와 서울, 상해, 홍콩, 싱가포르 등 아시아 순회 투어를 진행하였고 특히 도쿄 산토리홀 무대에 데뷔하였다.
도이치 그라모폰을 통해 “Shades of Love”,를 발매하였으며 많은 사람들의 사랑을 받았다. KBS 교향악단, 슈튜트가르트 필하모닉 오케스트라 수석을 역임하였으며 서울 필하모닉 오케스트라 객원수석,뮌헨 챔버 오케스트라 및 바이에른 주립 오케스트라와 연주하였다.
필립 윤트는 오렐 니콜레에게 처음으로 플루트 레슨을 받았으며, 뮌헨음대에서 안드라스 아도리안과, 피츠버그 및 보스턴에서는 지니 백스트레서를 사사하였다.

Philipp Jundt has been shuttling between the continents of Asia, Europe, and America for over a decade. Multifaceted concert programs with premieres and arrangements from the song and violin repertoire make Philipp Jundt’s concerts an extraordinary experience. In addition to his concert activities, Philipp Jundt holds a professorship in Korea as well as in Switzerland.
Philipp Jundt performs as a soloist with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, with the Camerata Zurich, with the chamber orchestras of Bern, Basel, and Zurich, with the Camerata Munich and with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra; in Korea with the Korean Symphony and Chamber Orchestra and with the Gyeonggi Philharmonic Orchestra.
The flutist has played under renowned conductors such as Christoph Eschenbach, David Philip Hefti, Alexander Lazarev, Fabio Luisi, Zubin Mehta, Krzysztof Penderecki, Helmut Rilling, Jukka-Pekka Saraste and Jeffrey Tate. He has also collaborated musically with Sir Colin Davies and Lorin Maazel.
Philipp Jundt is co-founder and artistic director of the Gonijam Music Festival. With Sir James Galway, the festival experienced a brilliant start in 2016. In a very short time, the Gonijam Music Festival has become the largest flute festival in Asia.
Currently, Philipp Jundt has released “Shades of Love” on Deutsche Grammophon – a collection of reimagined themes from soundtracks of K-dramas, arrangements, and new works by Marco Hertenstein.
Philipp Jundt was first solo flutist with the KBS Symphony Orchestra Seoul, Korea’s most important and oldest radio orchestra. He has also played as principal flutist with the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra, the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, several times with the Munich Chamber Orchestra and the Bavarian State Orchestra.
Philipp Jundt is a regular guest at international music festivals including Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, ADEvantgarde Festival (Munich), ConTakt Toronto, Academy of the West (Santa Bar-bara, CA), Internationales Musikfest Kreuth, Ittinger Pfingstkonzerte, Rheingau Music Festival, the Tongyeong Festival and Pacific Music Festival Japan. His chamber music partners include Nils Mönkemeyer, Sebastian Klinger, Freddy Kempf, and members of the Oliver Schnyder Trio.
In addition to his concert activities, his teaching activities have been a second focus of his career for many years. Since 2008, Philipp Jundt has held a professorship for flute at the German School of Music Weimar, a faculty of the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar and Kangnam University in Korea. Since September 2017, Philipp Jundt has also been appointed professor at the Conservatoire de Neuchâtel in Switzerland. Philipp Jundt’s students win international competitions and play in important orchestral positions worldwide. Philipp Jundt is frequently invited to give master classes as a guest lecturer, for example in Greece, Korea, Italy, New York, China, at the Barenboim-Said Foundation in Ramallah, Israel and at the International Young Orchestra Academy in Bayreuth. Since 2012 Philipp Jundt is director of the Korean Flute Educator’s Association and since 2016 president of the Swiss Korean Cultural Association, which is dedicated to the promotion and exchange of Korean and Swiss artists, such as a joint production of Ballet Basel and Seoul Ballet Theatre.

Jay JungJae Moon, the first classical musician chosen by SM Entertainment, a leading Korean cultural company, is a multi-talented pianist excelling in classical, jazz, and K-Pop. He gained recognition by winning first place in numerous international competitions, including Bologna, F. Schubert in Racconigi, Minerbio, Ovada, Alessandria, Duchi, and Torino R. He has collaborated with prestigious orchestras such as the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, Gyeonggi Philharmonic Orchestra, Korean Chamber Orchestra, Bucheon Philharmonic Orchestra, Wonju Philharmonic Orchestra, Cheongju Philharmonic Orchestra, Mokpo Philharmonic Orchestra, Prime Philharmonic Orchestra, and the KNN Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra, performing at numerous festivals as a representative pianist of Korea.
Dedicated to promoting classical music, Moon Jung-jae actively pursues collaborations and genre fusion. He was invited to perform at the ‘Yellow Lounge’ (a collaboration between Deutsche Grammophon and Universal Music) at Club OCTAGON with Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra musicians. He also released a children’s song album with the Korean Symphony Orchestra and planned concerts at the Starfield Library and Starfield, fostering experimental collaborations among numerous classical and jazz musicians.
As a director of SM Entertainment, he leads the classical music label ‘SM Classics,’ and through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, he releases orchestrated project music through various official SM channels, driving a new public perception of classical music.
After graduating with top honors from the Juilliard Pre-College, Hannover University of Music, Drama and Media (with a master’s degree), and completing the chamber music and piano soloist diploma (Konzertexamen – SoloKlasse) programs, he served as a lecturer at Hannover University of Music, Drama and Media and as a consultant and director at SM Entertainment. Currently, he is the head of SM Classics at SM Entertainment and a consultant for Shinsegae Property. He is also the music director for the Starfield Library & Starfield concerts. Mr. Park is a graduate of Yale University, The Juilliard School and Musikhochschule Hannover. His teachers include Hung-Kuan Chen, Claude Frank, Arie Vardi. He has also served as a piano instructor at Yale College, the Morse Summer Music Academy, and has conducted masterclasses for developmentally disabled youth through the Miral Welfare Foundation’s Allegro Summer Camp.
As an active chamber musician, Mr. Park has collaborated with celebrated artists such as Grace Bumbry, Ani Kavafian, Carol Jantsch, Kyung Yu, and Korean traditional musicians including daegeum player Chang-Hoon Lee and haegeum player Hee-Jin Yang. 바리톤 임채욱은 한양대학교 성악과에 수석 입학 및 졸업한 후, 오스트리아 빈 국립음대(MDW) 성악과를 수석 졸업하고, 같은 학교 대학원에서 오페라과와 가곡과를 수료하였다. 이후 프랑스로 건너가 파리 시립음악원(CNR de Paris) 대학원을 졸업하였으며, 2008년부터 2019년까지 파리국립오페라단(Chœur de l’Opéra national de Paris) 바리톤 정단원으로 활동하였다. 현재는 라디오프랑스(Chœur de Radio France) 바리톤 정단원으로 재직 중이다.
임채욱은 프랑스에서 가장 크고 권위 있는 두 단체인 파리국립오페라단과 라디오프랑스에서 모두 정단원(종신직)으로 활동한 최초의 한국인 바리톤이다. 그는 이탈리아 로마 Musica Sacra 교회음악 성악 콩쿠르에서 우승하였으며, 스페인 바르셀로나 비냐스 콩쿠르에서 3위, 특별상, 가곡상을 수상하였다. 또한 오스트리아 비엔나 Petyrek-Lang 콩쿠르에서 우승과 현대가곡상을, 슬로바키아 Schneider 콩쿠르에서 우승과 가곡상을 포함해 유럽 여러 나라의 유수 콩쿠르에서 입상하였다.

Lim Chae Wook entered Hanyang University’s Department of Vocal Music at the top of his class and graduated with honors. He then studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW), earning top marks in vocal performance and completing postgraduate studies in opera and art song. He also graduated from the graduate program at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris (CNR de Paris).
From 2008 to 2019, he was a full-time baritone member of the choir at the Opéra National de Paris (Chœur de l’Opéra national de Paris). Since 2019, he has served as a full-time baritone in the choir of Radio France (Chœur de Radio France).
Lim is the first Korean baritone to hold tenured positions in both of France’s most prestigious musical institutions: the Opéra National de Paris and Radio France.
He won first prize at the Musica Sacra vocal competition in Rome, Italy; third prize, special prize, and art song prize at the Viñas Competition in Barcelona, Spain; first prize and contemporary art song prize at the Petyrek-Lang Competition in Vienna, Austria; and first prize and art song prize at the Schneider Competition in Slovakia—among many other awards across Europe.
From 2008 to 2019, he performed in numerous productions at the Opéra National de Paris alongside world-renowned conductors and singers. Now, as a baritone member of Radio France, he continues to perform actively throughout Europe, based in Paris.

Born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in 1986, Germán Díaz Blanco started his music studies at the age of 8, at the “Professional Conservatory” of Tenerife. He later joined the “Reina Sofia College of Music” in Madrid under the tutoring of Professor Hansjörg Schellenberger and Víctor Anchel, being awarded as best student in 2009.
In the same year, Díaz Blanco moved to Munich after joining the academy of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, where he had lessons with Stefan Schilli and Ramon Ortega; and he played under the baton of conductors such as David Zinman, Mariss Jansons, Bernard Haitink, Sir Colin David and Andris Nelsons on tours in Europe and Asia.
Díaz Blanco has collaborated as principal oboist with many orchestras such as: Seoul Philharmonic, Musikcollegium Winterthur, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Bach Collegium München, Camerata Salzburg, and Symphony Orchestra of Tenerife (where he was invited to perform as soloist the oboe concerto from B. A. Zimmerman).
As a chamber music player, he is regularly invited to perform with Plural Ensemble (Madrid) and Quantum Ensemble (Tenerife). He won several prizes in international oboe competitions as well, including Third Prize in the International Oboe Competition “Giuseppe Tomassini” in Petritoli (Italy, 2010), and Special Prize of the Jury in the International Oboe Competition “Gheorghe Dima”.
Has been invited to teach and perform in numerous festivals and universities such as “Nonaka Actus” (Tokyo, 2010), “Suwon University” (South Korea), “OFF Festival” (Slovenia, 2012) “Festival Piero Bellugi” y “Campus Musicale Lunigiana” (Italy, 2014); “Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias” and “Festival de Música Orotava” (Spain, since 2016).
Since 2014, Diaz Blanco is the principal oboe of the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, invited to perform Strauss oboe concerto in October 2017.

크리스토프 누스바우머는 1970년 스위스 바젤에서 태어났습니다. 그는 프랑스에서 Marc Gutbub 교수의 플루트 클래스에서 음악 교육을 시작하였으며, 몇 년 후 스위스로 돌아와 바젤 음악 아카데미에서 Felix Manz 교수에게 사사받으며 교육 및 오케스트라 디플로마를 취득했습니다.
그 후 제네바 고등음악원(Haute École de Musique)에 입학하여 Maxence Larrieu 교수의 클래스에서 수학하며 최고 연주자상을 수상하였습니다. 그는 Sir James Galway, Alain Marion, Philippe Bernold, José-Daniel Castellon, Trevor Wye 등 세계적인 플루티스트들의 다양한 코스와 마스터클래스를 통해 음악적 역량을 더욱 발전시켰습니다.

Christophe Nussbaumer was born 1970 in Basel,Switzerland. He began his musical education in France at flute class of Mr. Marc GUTBUB. After a few years Christophe went back to Switzerland and studied at the Music Academy Basel by Pr. Felix MANZ, obtaining teaching and orchestral diploma.
Later he joined the Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva in the class of Pr. Maxence LARRIEU and won the 1st prize for virtuosity. His musical education was enhanced by participating in a variety of courses and master classes given by flautists such as Sir James GALWAY, Alain MARION, Philippe BERNOLD, José-Daniel CASTELLON and Trevor WYE.
Christophe played in several chamber music ensembles in France, Switzerland and Luxemburg. Between 1991 and 1998 he holds the position as principal flute in orchestra in Switzerland (Neues Orchester Basel).
Since 1998 Christophe Nussbaumer is Solo-Piccolo at the Luxemburg Philharmonic.

<서울 플루트 트리오> 는 2014년 4월 (김소연, 윤현임, 필립 윤트) 취리히 톤할레 오케스트라수석들과 함께 서울 플루트 트리오 창단연주회를 시작으로 바이에른 방송교향악단, 베를린방송교향악단, 뮌헨필하모닉, 루체른심포니, 베를린필하모닉 등 유럽의 저명한 오케스트라 플레이어들과의 협업 무대를 통해 국내에서 경험할수 없었던 새로운 시도로 다채롭고 수준높은 공연을 보여주고 있다. 2017년 플루티스트 파올로 타발리오네, 2019년 살아있는 플루트의 전설 패트릭 갈루아 2022년 플루티스트 다비데 포르미사노 2023년 플루티스트 헨릭 비제등 세계 최고의 플루트 연주자들을 초청하였으며 이들과의 공연을 통해 한국 플루트 팬들에게 최고 수준의 공연을 선사함은 물론 플루트의 저변 확대와 발전에 앞장서 왔다.
창단 10주년을 맞은 서울 플루트 트리오는 세계 최정상 오케스트라 아티스트들과의 긴밀한 호흡을 통해 그 음악적 깊이 를 더해가고 있으며 스위스, 루마니아 클라시 페스티벌에서 초대되는등 다양한 형태의 공연으로 관객과의 만남을 이어가고 있다.
The Seoul Flute Trio, founded in April 2014 with Soyeon Kim, Hyunim Yoon, and Philipp Jundt, began its journey with a debut concert alongside principal players of the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra. Since then, they have presented dynamic and high-caliber performances with renowned European orchestra players from the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, Munich Philharmonic, Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, and Berlin Philharmonic. These collaborations have brought fresh and unparalleled experiences to their domestic audience.
In 2017 they invited flutist Paolo Taballione, legendary flutist Patrick Gallois in 2019, flutist Davide Formisano in 2022, and flutist Henrik Wiese in 2023, presenting top-tier performances to Korean flute fans and contributing to the expansion and development of the flute community.
Celebrating their 10th anniversary, the Seoul Flute Trio continues to deepen their musicality through close collaboration with world-class orchestra artists and maintains their connection with audiences through various performances, including invitations to festivals in Switzerland and Romania.

Hyun-Nam Kim is an accomplished violinist who graduated with honors from Seoul National University and pursued advanced studies at prestigious music institutions in Germany, including the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Freiburg and Trossingen. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, participating in renowned festivals such as the Luzern Festival and Salzburg Aspekte Festival.
Kim has studied under master teachers including Dorothy DeLay and Zachar Bron, and earned praise for her brilliant technique and musicality. She has appeared as a soloist with orchestras both in Korea and internationally, including the Freiburg Philharmonic, Jeju Philharmonic, the Ukraine National Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Hankyung Arte Philharmonic Orchestra, where she also served as concertmaster.
As an active performer and educator, Kim has taught at Seoul National University, Yonsei University, and is currently a professor at Midwest University. She also serves as guest concertmaster with the Millennium Orchestra and participates in various ensembles including the TIMF Ensemble and Thegenbals Music Society.

섬세하고 열정적인 연주로 많은 이들의 사랑을 받고있는 바이올리니스트 윤동환은 선화예고 졸업 후, 스위스 취리히 국립음대에서 학사와 석사 그리고 최고연주자과정을 심사위원 만장일치 최우수 점수로 졸업하였다.
취리히 유학시절 암스테르담 콘체르트 헤보우의 최연소 악장이자 하이페츠의 마지막 제자였던 루돌프 쿠엘만 교수와의 만남은 그의 음악 인생에서 빼놓을 수 없는 시간이었다. 특히 그는 유학 중 수많은 거장과의 마스터클래스와 연주 수업을 통하여 음악적 밑거름을 탄탄히 다졌다. 이다 헨델, 바딤 글루즈만, 파스칼 드봐이용, 자카르 브론, 일리야 그린골츠, 필립 그라팽, 크리스티아네 에딩거, 챠임 타웁, 에디트 파이네만, 아론 로잔드, 슐로모 민츠, 사이먼 래틀, 베르나르드 하이팅크 등 세계적인 음악가들과 함께 오케스트라 마스터클래스 및 연주를 통한 배움은 그 어떤 것보다 값진 경험이었다.
선화예고 재학시절 난파 콩쿠르 전체 대상 및 국내 유수의 콩쿠르에서 1위 등을 차지하며 유망한 차세대 연주자로서 가능성을 인정받았고 일찍이 미국 뉴욕 써밋 뮤직 페스티벌에서 갈라콘서트 연주, 러시아 상트페테르부르크 300주년 기념연주 등 활발한 연주활동을 하였다. 이후 스위스 유학시절에는 루돌프 쿠엘만의 조교로 수년간 활동한 그는 많은 학생을 지도하며 음악적 재능을 나누기도 하였는데 루돌프 교수는 그에 대하여 “내가 가르친 최고의 학생 중 하나이며, 훌륭한 테크닉과 음악에 대한 깊은 감정, 그리고 그의 탁월한 음악적 색깔로 청중에게 잊을 수 없는 순간을 선물한다. 나는 지난 8년 동안 아주 큰 기쁨으로 그와 일했으며, 훌륭한 바이올리니스트이자 교육자, 훌륭한 실내악 리더이자 동료로 생각한다” 라고 극찬했다. 그는 학업 중 이스라엘 케쉐트 에일론 바이올린 마스터 클래스, 2009, 2010년 스위스 시옹 페스티벌에 참가, 연주하였고 이 페스티벌에서 그의 연주를 들은 슐로모 민츠(Shlomo Mintz)는 “자연적이고 타고난 순수한 색깔을 가진 연주자”라 평하였다. 2009년에는 이탈리아에서 열린 Premio Citta di Padova 국제 음악콩쿠르에서 바이올린 부문 2위를 차지하며 해외 무대에서 두각을 나타내기 시작하였다.
솔로이스트로서는 이탈리아 피렌체, 네덜란드 아펠도른, 독일 본, 쾰른과 스위스 ‘Klassik Fest 2009’에서 협연 및 ‘Klassik Fest 2011’, ‘Zurich Arts Festival 2011’ 초청연주를 하였으며, 또한 2012년 스위스 취리히 톤할레 홀의 Surprise Concert의 아티스트로 발탁되어 그 연주 실황이 CD로 제작되었다. 그 후 루돌프 쿠엘만 Rudolf Koelman 교수가 이끄는 ZHdK Strings (스위스 취리히 국립음대 챔버오케스트라)의 협연자로서 이탈리아, 스위스 순회연주를 마친 후 내한하여 세종문화회관, 인천문화예술회관, 한국소리문화의전당 등 각지에서 성공적인 연주를 가졌다.
2015년 2월 예술의전당 리사이틀 홀에서 귀국 독주회를 가지며 본격적인 국내활동을 시작한 그는 2016년 음악저널 신인음악상 수상과 삼성 라이징 스타 시리즈 아티스트로 선정되어 리사이틀을 통하여 그 입지를 다졌다. 특히 세계적인 바이올린의 거장 슐로모 민츠(Shlomo Mintz)와 두번의 협연은 많은 이들의 관심을 모았다. 이후 통영국제음악재단 기획연주 슈베르티아데, 해피버스데이 윤이상, 한-불 수교 130주년 기념 음악회, 체코의 작곡가 Adam Skoumal의 집시 변주곡 국내 초연, 예술의 전당 11시 콘서트, 예술의전당 30주년 기념음악회, 서울국제음악제, 평창 대관령 음악제, 예술의 전당 아티스트라운지, 예술의 전당 예모아 콘서트, 아트엠콘서트, 스트라디움 초청 리사이틀, 더하우스콘서트, 엘림아트홀 초청 리사이틀을 포함하여 다수의 음악회로 청중과 만나왔으며 슐로모 민츠, 아르토 노라스, 일리야 그린골츠, 사라 장, 옌스 페터 마인츠, 프랑수와 뒤몽, 루돌프 쿠엘만, 엘리나 베헬레, 클라이디 사하치, 마티아스 라츠, 파비오 디 카솔라 등 세계적인 아티스트들과 한 무대에서 호흡하며 그 실력을 인정받았다.
이러한 경험을 바탕으로 그는 연세대, 국민대, 충남대, 강원대 출강 및 2019년 전북대학교 강의전담교수를 역임했으며, 2023년부터 추계 예술 대학교 초빙교수로 임용되어 학생들을 지도하고 있다. 그리고 KCO(구 서울 바로크 합주단), 심양음악대학 초빙교수, 예원학교, 서울 예술 고등학교, 선화 예술 학교, 선화 예술 고등학교 출강 및 트리오 아미티에 멤버로 활동하면서 다양한 음악적 기량을 선보이고 있다.
그는 현재 Carlo Giuseppe Testore 1712 Milano 와 이탈리아 지오반니 아꼬르네로(Giovanni Accornero)재단의 후원을 받아 Giovanni Francesco Pressenda ‘Ex-Millant’을 사용하고 있다.
Violinist Donghwan Yoon is named the prizewinner of the “Emerging Artists Award” by the Korea Music Journal, and he was selected as an artist for the ‘Samsung Rising Star’ Series in 2016. As a soloist, he performed in Florence (Italy), Apeldoorn (Netherlands), Bonn, Cologne (Germany), and at the “Klassik Fest 2009” in Switzerland, and in 2011, he was invited to perform at the Klassik Fest and the Zurich Arts Festival. The following year in 2012, he was chosen as the featured artist for the “Surprise Concert” at the Zurich Tonhalle, and that performance was recorded live.
Donghwan Yoon settled in Seoul, Korea, and launched his career there with his highly praised recital at the Seoul Arts Center in February 2015. He performs actively as a member of the Korean Chamber Orchestra and guest concertmaster of the Pohang Symphony Orchestra and Chungnam Symphony Orchestra, as well as a member of the ZHdK Strings.
He has performed such renowned musicians as Shlomo Mintz, Sarah Chang, Arto Noras, Ilya Gringolts, Rudolf Koelman, Elina Vähälä.
Currently He is teaching at Yonsei University in Korea.

French violist Erwan Richard has performed extensively throughout Europe and Asia. His chamber music partners includes Mihaela Martin, Joel Smirnoff, Lawrence Lesser, Thomas Brandis, Georg Faust, Daejin Kim, Kyung Sun Lee, Ik-Hwan Bae, Renaud and Gauthier Capucon, Aleksandar Madzar. As a soloist, Richard has performed with the Innsbruck Symphony Orchestra, Korean Chamber Orchestra, Hwaum Chamber Orchestra, Camerata alla Francese, Lituanian Music Academy Orchestra, Madri Ensemble and Gauting Ensemble under conductors Alexandar Markovic, Kim Min and Jacques Gandard among others. He took part in numerous recordings for Deutsche Gramofon, Emi, Naive, France Musique, Bayerische Rundfunk and Korean Broadcasting System.
After being a member of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra Academy, Erwan Richard played as Sub-Principal Violist with the Philharmonia Orchestra in London before becoming first Principal Violist of the Innsbruck Symphony Orchestra. He has also appeared with major European orchestras including Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Orchestre National de France, Bavarian State Opera, among others. On many occasions he has played with conductors including Claudio Abbado, Bernard Haitink, Mariss Jansons, Lorin Maazel, Pierre Boulez, Riccardo Muti, Gustavo Dudamel and Yannick Nézet-Séguin. He is regularly invited wordwide as guest principal by orchestras such as Munich Symphony Orchestra, Rouen Opera Orchestra, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, KBS Symphony orchestra, Daejeon Philharmonic orchestra.
His passion for contemporary music has led him to perform frequently with the Ensemble Intercontemporain and the Ensemble Cairn, and he has worked with major composers such as Pierre Boulez, Peter Eötvös, Jérome Combier, Beat Furrer, and Vinko Globokar. He has premiered many solo pieces by major Korean composers including Dongjin Bae, Jiesun Lim, Changwon Park and Kyu-Yung Chin.
Currently Erwan Richard is Professor for Viola at the University of Suwon in Korea, after having held the same position at the « German School of Music » in Kangnam University, South Korea. He is frequently solicited to give masterclasses in Korea and abroad. Willing to develop the viola repertoire, he has published arrangements for his instrument of works by Marin Marais, Henri Duparc, Bela Bartok and Jacques Ibert.
Erwan Richard is currently a member of the Koreana Chamber Music Society, of the Sori Ensemble , Hwaum Chamber Orchestra, and Erato Ensemble and of the ensemble “La Mer et l”ile”.
He performs regularly recitals with the japanese pianist Shunji Hirota, and with the Belgium guitarist Denis Sungho.
Erwan Richard graduated from Conservatoire National de Musique in Paris, where he studied viola with Jean Sulem and chamber music with Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Jean Guihen Queyras. He subsequently moved to Germany to study viola with Wolfram Christ in Freiburg in Breisgau and Chamber Music in Munich with Christoph Poppen and Walter Nothas.

첼리스트 채훈선은 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교 수석입학 및 도독하여 베를린 한스 아이슬러 음대에서 예비학교 및 학사와 석사를 졸업하였으며, 뮌헨 음대에서 실내악 과정을, 로스톡 음대에서 최고연주자과정을 공부했다.
국내에서는 2013 해외파견음악콩쿨 첼로부문 1위와 현악부문 1위 문화체육부장관상 대상, 한미 콩쿨 대상을 수상하였고 2013 베를린에서 열린 Domenico-Gabrielli 첼로 콩쿨에서 3위에 입상하였다.
금호아시아나 솔로이스츠 객원 단원, 서울시향, 인천시향, 대전시향, 포항시향, 천안시향, 강남심포니오케스트라 객원 수석을 역임했다. 현재 발트 앙상블과 2014년 베를린에서 결성된 룩스 트리오의 첼리스트로써 2018 독일 뮌헨에 서 열린 ARD 콩쿨에서 한국인으로 구성 된 팀 최초로 3위에 입상 및 청중상과 현대곡상을 수상했다.
룩스 트리오는 2018-9 시즌 벨체아 콰르텟 코칭 프로그램에 선발되어 활동했다.
Cellist Chae Hoon-sun entered Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School at the top of his class before continuing his studies in Germany. He completed preparatory, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees at the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin, followed by chamber music studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München and the Konzertexamen (highest performance diploma) at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Rostock.
In Korea, he won first prize in both the cello and string categories at the 2013 Overseas Dispatch Music Competition, receiving the Grand Prize and the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award. He also won the Grand Prize at the Korea–U.S. Music Competition and placed third at the Domenico Gabrielli Cello Competition in Berlin.
He has served as guest principal cellist with the Seoul Philharmonic, Incheon Philharmonic, Daejeon Philharmonic, Pohang Philharmonic, Cheonan Philharmonic, and Gangnam Symphony Orchestra, and was a guest member of the Kumho Asiana Soloists.
Currently, he performs with the Balt Ensemble and is the cellist of the Lux Trio, which was founded in Berlin in 2014. In 2018, the trio became the first Korean ensemble to win third prize in the piano trio category at the ARD International Music Competition in Munich, also receiving the Audience Award and the Prize for Best Performance of a Contemporary Work.
The Lux Trio was selected for the Belcea Quartet Coaching Program during the 2018–2019 season.

더블베이스 연주자 서영일은 베를린 한스아이슬러 국립음대에서 석사 과정을 졸업하고, 베를린 국립예술대학교(UDK)에서 디플롬을 취득하였다. 그는 베를린 도이치 오퍼에서 계약단원으로 활동했으며, 베를린 방송교향악단 아카데미 단원 및 객원, 베를린 챔버 오케스트라 객원으로도 활약하였다. 2010년 동아콩쿠르에서 1위를 차지했고, 체코 브르노에서 열린 더블베이스 국제콩쿠르에서는 3위에 입상하며 국제적인 주목을 받았다.
국내에서는 대전시향, 원주시향, 부산시향, 성남시향, 광주시향, 충북도립교향악단, 한경필하모닉오케스트라에서 객원수석으로 활동했으며, 서초교향악단에서는 수석으로 재직하였다. 교육자로서도 활발히 활동하며 중앙대학교, 충남대학교, 선화예술고등학교에서 강사로 출강하였다.
현재 그는 코리안챔버오케스트라의 정단원으로 활동 중이며, 바쓰만콰르텟의 멤버로서 실내악 무대에서도 활약하고 있다. 숙명여자대학교, 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교, 국방부 군악대 오케스트라에 출강하며 후학 양성에도 힘쓰고 있다.
Double bassist Seo Youngil earned his Master’s degree from the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin and completed the Diplom program at the Universität der Künste Berlin (UDK). He was a contracted member of the Deutsche Oper Berlin and performed as both an academy member and guest with the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra. He also appeared as a guest with the Berlin Chamber Orchestra. In 2010, he won first prize at the Dong-A Music Competition and placed third at the Brno International Double Bass Competition in the Czech Republic.
In Korea, he has served as guest principal bassist with the Daejeon Philharmonic, Wonju Philharmonic, Busan Philharmonic, Seongnam Philharmonic, Gwangju Philharmonic, Chungbuk Provincial Symphony Orchestra, and the Hankyung Philharmonic Orchestra. He was principal bassist of the Seocho Philharmonic Orchestra and has taught at Chung-Ang University, Chungnam National University, and Sunhwa Arts High School.
Currently, Seo is a full-time member of the Korean Chamber Orchestra and performs with the Bathman Quartet. He also teaches at Sookmyung Women’s University, Yewon School, Seoul Arts High School, and the Ministry of National Defense Orchestra.
